Ristorante B-Roof in Grand Hotel Baglioni

A timeless setting, a warm atmosphere, and a spectacular view over the rooftops of Florence provide the backdrop for high-quality cuisine. This restaurant offers traditional recipes revisited with a modern twist and innovative techniques, offering guests a sensory journey through the aromas and flavors of Tuscany. The à la carte menu changes seasonally to always offer fresh and refined ingredients.
Refined details, refined furnishings, and soft colors mirror the surrounding city: every table promises an unparalleled view of the monuments and the historic center, thanks to the large windows that characterize this magical place.
The restaurant’s crowning glory are its stunning panoramic terraces, from which it feels as if you can touch Brunelleschi’s dome.
The scent of flowers and climbing plants that adorn the terraces, almost suspended over the city, make B-Roof one of the most romantic places in Florence.
